Standard businesslike programs last 8-12 weeks but can extend to 12 months or longer in certain situations. Integrated leadership program designed to equip senior-level leaders with business mindset & strategic and full range of day-to-day operational.

This in-depth development experience combines ongoing assessment of each participant’s leadership behavior and progress, hands-on learning led by expert facilitators through peer-to-peer interaction, cross ideas & experiences, and one-on-one coaching.
